  • We commit to delivering on time. In some exceptional cases due to adverse weather conditions or inconvenient traffic, delivery may be delayed.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and may vary depending on the shipping method you choose.
  • We will inform and confirm the delivery cost with customers before placing orders and making payments.

 

4. Return and Refund Policy:

 

a. Return Cases:

 

  • Products with technical defects and manufacturing errors.
  • Products missing accompanying accessories or insufficient quantity.
  • Incorrect models or types delivered compared to the order.
  • Products damaged, torn packaging, peeling, or broken during transportation.

 

b. Conditions for Return/Refund Requests:

 

  • Products must have all accompanying components.
  • Must have the complete payment invoice.
  • One-to-one exchange within 7 days for products with technical issues.
  • Full packaging, box, and product without scratches, dents, or external damage.
  • Return period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.

 

For some special products, we may apply different return conditions. Customers will be advised specifically on the return process and timeframe during the sales consultation for these products.

 

Refunds will be processed according to the specified policy and timeframe. We only refund customers when meeting the following conditions:

 

  • Successful order placement but not receiving the product.
  • We have run out of the product but have not updated it on the website.
  • Product has technical defects, manufacturing errors, and no alternative devices available.
  • Due to special circumstances (confirmed), customers are unable to use the ordered product within 7 days.
  • Due to force majeure (natural disasters, storms, etc.), we cannot arrange for the processing of new orders for customers.

 

c. Return and Refund Process:

 

Customers are kindly requested to notify detailed information about the product's condition and the reason for return through the Hotline at 028 3990 2698, via Email at ttnghiep@tma.com.vn, or TMA IoT Solution Center Fanpage.

 

  • Our technical staff will call back to guide customers on troubleshooting methods. In case the product still does not function normally, customers are requested to send the product via express delivery to the address of TMA IoT Solution Center.
  • Upon receiving the product, we will check if it meets the conditions for return/refund.
  • After the inspection, we will notify the customer through Email or phone regarding the return/refund process.
  • For return cases, after repair, we will proceed to send the product back to the customer.
  • For refund cases, we will transfer the refund within 2-3 working days after receiving the returned product.

 

5. Warranty Policy:

 

TMA IoT Solution Center commits to providing customers with high-quality products and equipment. All products come with a clear origin and warranty policy.

 

The warranty period is 12 months, depending on the specific product type. We will inform customers during the consultation process.

 

a. Warranty Conditions:

 

  • The product is still within the warranty period.
  • The product equipment is faulty due to manufacturing errors.
  • The product does not fall under the conditions for warranty refusal.

 

b. Non-Warranty Conditions:

 

  • Faults outside the scope of the warranty.
  • Warranty seals are removed, torn, pasted over, or modified.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, breakage, deformation, scratches, intentional damage, etc.
  • Invasion by insects or rodents, or introduction of foreign objects, liquids, dirt affecting the product.
  • Damage due to subjective or objective factors such as unstable power sources, environmental impact, fire, explosion, electrical surge, etc.

 

c. Warranty Procedures:

 

  • In case of an issue, customers are requested to contact us for guidance on how to handle it.
  • For products with manufacturing faults, we will replace them entirely free of charge.
  • For products beyond the warranty period or not covered by manufacturing faults, we will assist in repairing/replacing the product with a fee (repair costs depend on the extent of damage and product type).
  • The warranty reception and processing procedures will take approximately 2-3 days after receiving complete warranty information and documents from the customer.
